USFS: House Rock Campground

US Forest Service campground managed by Linn County

Location: 26 miles east of Sweet Home

Camping: Open through September 20, 2012

Description: 1600-foot elevation. 17 campsites, including 5 tent-only sites located at the confluence of Sheep Creek and the South Santiam River.

17 Campsites, 5 of which are tent only
14 day limit
There is limited turn-around space in House Rock. Please no RVs or trailers over a total of 22 feet.

Directions

26 miles east of Sweet Home. From Sweet Home, travel east on Hwy 20 to Latiwi Creek Road #2044. Continue on Latiwi Creek Road to House Rock Campground.

Linn County Parks and Recreation Department, as a partner with the Willamette National Forest, operates campgrounds in the Sweet Home Ranger District through a Special Use permit from the USDA Forest Service, an equal opportunity provider and employer.
